Improved Workflows within Property Prediction
It has been a month since the addition of Property Prediction to our platform and we are thrilled with the response we have received. Aligned with our ethos at Cyclica, we strive to continuously improve our system to provide our users with the best experience. Based on your feedback, we have tweaked the compound submission procedure within Property Prediction, ultimately providing you with results even faster. We look forward to future enhancements, and wanted to take this opportunity to thank our users for helping us build the best platform possible.
Read on for details some of the key changes to Property Prediction.
Eliminated Pending Status
We have completely done away with the “Pending” status within the platform, allowing the prediction of properties to begin as soon as they are saved to a library. By removing the pending status, all molecules of interest will generate results as quickly as possible. This change has simplified the interface and eliminated the visual noise needed to communicate multiple status for a given protein (e.g. pending, running, etc.).
Results in Real Time
With the elimination of the pending status, we have also made it possible to see results for properties as they become available (note: this is will work for molecules submitted in small groups). Together, these two features allow our users to receive predictions as fast as possible. Furthermore, for large compound submissions, library pages will be automatically updated once results are ready. These changes allow scientists to explore their data quickly and conveniently, allowing them to make informed decisions.
Next month may be a bit quieter than the past few months as we work towards substantial changes to the analysis portion of Ligand Express. We are also paving the way for additional control over the models available on Property Prediction. Follow our Linkedin page here and our Twitter page here for updates as the become available.
